Opening hours: Daily 10:00 am – 9:00 pm (Last Appointment 8:00 pm)
We ask you to please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures that your service begins on time and any special needs can be discussed. Unfortunately, we cannot allow an extension of scheduled service for late arrivals.
While walk-ins can be accommodated if there is an available therapist, advanced bookings are recommended to ensure that your specific time and therapist are available.
To ensure the comfort of other guests, please turn off your cell phone when entering Ladaa Retreat.
We sterilize and sanitize our equipment after every service and treatment.
Ladaa Retreat gift certificates are available. Please ask the receptionist.
If you have any specific health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your treatment please let us know when making your reservation.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Please mind your valuables. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind bought onto the premises.
We offer pre-natal massage services. Please call to enquire about these services while making an appointment.
In order to be respectful and considerate of your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. A late arrival may shorten your session so that we can accommodate customers with appointments that are after yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, if you are late you will still be responsible for the “full” session.
If you are either unhappy or uncomfortable with anything about your massage, please let us know within the first 15 minutes of the service and we will either provide you with another therapist (subject to availability) or you will not be charged. After 15 minutes no refunds will be provided for any reasons. Remember – you always have the right to speak up and say something.
